Membership Renewal Form 2012

To renew your membership for 2012, please carefully complete the form below or print it and post it to me.  We have asked you to specify any changes in your details from last year (including the ages of your children!). Please let us know if you would be prepared to offer bed and breakfast to other CHEF members from time to time.  When you click on "send now" you will be taken to the payment page where you can pay your subscription online or follow the instructions for Bank Tranfer or Cheque payment by post.
