To renew your membership for 2010, please carefully complete the form below and return it to us.  We have asked you to specify any changes in your details from last year (including the ages of your children!). Please let us know if you would be prepared to offer bed and breakfast to other CHEF members from time to time.  Please, also let us have your comments on how we can improve our service to you.
